About Logan
Besides being a therapist, I am an artist, musician, nature-lover, internet-addict, spiritual practitioner, introvert, and deep ponderer depending on the day. I view life as an all-inclusive mixing pot of joy and suffering, in which the entire spectrum of human experience is welcomed and allowed. My therapeutic approach is open and curious, allowing what is present to simply be and also allowing room for deeper layers of truth to reveal themselves when they are ready.
Special areas of interest include trauma, spiritual issues, and relational issues, and I am comfortable supporting clients through mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and addictive and compulsive behaviors. My background includes a Masters degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in Jungian depth psychology, years as a music teacher and camp counselor for teens, work as a men’s group facilitator, and a lifetime of self-inquiry, meditation, and nondual spiritual practice.
The way I express myself can vary greatly from moment to moment, but often ranges from reserved and ponderous to childlike and playful. Most of the time, I am about the least scary person around, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation to see if we would be a good fit for each other. (And you can bet I’ll be judging myself more than I am judging you!) If you would like to know more about my therapeutic approach, click here.
